Hello and welcome to spring!

Hello Loves! It has been quite some time since I posted here and that's because I've been properly Wintering. It isn't something I've done before - taken the whole of the winter season to think, reflect and recalibrate - but it has been so incredibly valuable, I'll definitely be doing it every year going forward. Is this something you do?

As well as an intense and therapeutic life check in, I've also been thinking about my writing and all the things that come along with it. Events, this blog, my newsletter, social media and writing routine have all been under scrutiny. Nothing has escaped a tweak or two and I'm delighted with the results. I've even managed to make enough time for a spring getaway! Can you believe it? There'll be some research involved so keep an eye on my socials for things and places I've found inspiring over the next few weeks.

Now the sunshine is back and the days are getting lighter and brighter (mostly) I feel ready to slowly emerge from hibernation and to celebrate this, I thought I'd have a book giveaway here on the blog.

To be in with a chance of winning signed copies of my two most recent titles, simply leave a one or two word comment on this post telling me your favourite spring flower. Please also check back after the giveaway closing date to see if you've won.

The giveaway will run until March 31st and, as always, the winner will be selected via random number generator. Good luck!

If you'd like to receive exclusive news and further giveaway opportunities do sign up to my newsletter. I promise I won't bombard your inbox! There's a Mailchimp sign up box at the bottom of this page.

Wishing you all a wonderful step into spring!

With love

Heidi x

I love crocus. Particularly in the grounds of our local church where each spring brings a carpet of purple and gold
